We are a Seasonal/Vacation Condominium Community located in historic Dennis Township, Cape May County half way between the Delaware Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Dennisville Lake is a private gated community consisting of 132 units. All lots and units are privately owned and the Association maintains the common elements through an elected Board of Trustees. Financial Management of Dennisville Lake Resort is handled through RCP Management of Cranberry, NJ.
Amenities at Dennisville Lake include a pool, clubhouse, bath/shower house, laundry, basketball court, playground, horseshoe pits, volleyball court, with private access to the lake with a sandy beach and boatyard.
Please remember that the speed limit is 10 miles per hour. Keep our children and residents safe. The Speed limit for all vehicles is 10 MPH.
There is NO curbside trash collection. Unit owners must dispose of their household garbage in the appropriate dumpsters.
Follow recycling guidelines. NO plastic bags in the recycle bin. Cardboard must be flattened.
No furniture, appliances, building materials, hazardous waste or other bulk items are permitted to be dumped in DLR. Unit owners are responsible for disposing of their bulk trash at the MUA in Woodbine. Their number is: 609-465-9026.
